Gavilan Hills Academy fundraising policy is one of non-solicitation.  We have a Scrip Gift Card Program that runs from June 1 – May 15th of each calendar year.  Each family is required to purchase $3000.00 worth of gift cards; or if they choose, to opt out and pay a straight fee of $300.00 toward the fundraising activities of the school year.  A decision is made at the beginning of the school year after the first Parent Club Meeting where our fundraising program is discussed in detail.

Physical Education Classes Off Campus/Special Instructors

There are times when we have various physical education programs that take place off campus or have special instructors come to campus to enhance our physical eduation program.

• USA  Sports Connection, $60.00, 6 week program
• Fencing, $100.00, 6 week program
